Cabernet Sauvignon - 2006


This wine has a deep, vibrant red color with shades of purple that shine when held to the light.  Breathe the slight fruit berry smell as you taste the traditional dryness of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon.  Pleasant, lasting taste.

Sauvignon Blanc - 2008


This wine has a pale golden shine with slight hints of a subtle green when held up to the bright light.  The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc carries a fresh pineapple and citrus aroma with slight hints of herbs.  This is a perfect wine cooler, lightweight and balanced from beginning to end, finishing off with a fruity and mineral taste.

Ideal to accompany cold, light dishes, salad greens, white meats, pork, seafoods, shrimp dumplings, lobster, oyster and other varieties of sweet, sour and spicy dishes.
